This year was the first time we took advantage of the conditions in Minnesota in February and planned a snow party. Two days before the party I was a little worried because there was barely a snowflake to be found. But, just in time for the big day we got a nice new coat of snow. Thank you snow angels!
Our snowy treasure hunt was a big hit and the kids got some great exercise following clues around the yard. The snowman cake turned out better than I imagined. He is accompanied by a bowl of snowballs (ice cream) and candycane-coated marshmallows for hot chocolate.
A perfect snow party.
